In pith and substance, the petitioner prays that his application/representation dated 15.07.2025 be considered and decided by respondent No.2, wherein a request has been made for development of the green belt in Sector 29A, Knowledge Park-III, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, and for installation of street lights by respondent No.2 – GNIDA. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2 – GNIDA to consider the petitioner's application dated 15.07.2025 and pass an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
