Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that earlier in connection with Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No.221 of 2022, he made an approach before this Court in CRLMP No.2191 of 2023 wherein this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 directed the investigating agency to complete the investigation fairly in accordance with law within a reasonable period. 3. As appears from the aforesaid order, the copies whereof has been filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner before this Court at Para-3, this Court has expressed the observation to the effect that the investigation having been taken in right direction, no further direction was required to be passed. However, it is submitted that despite the aforesaid direction, the investigating agency has not yet completed the investigation and further that the investigating officer has not taken into account the document required to be taken for the purpose of the investigation. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, it is directed that the investigation be completed within a period of one month and the Charge-Sheet be filed accordingly, if there be no other legal impediment. 5.
