THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: Digitally signed by V N BADIGER Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA, DHARWAD BENCH, DHARWAD - 2 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4653 RP No. 100175 of 2024 CORAM: THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE M.G.UMA ORAL ORDER 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on the Review Petition as well as on I.A.1/2024. Perused the grounds made out for reviewing the judgment dated 26.03.2024, which was passed on merits after hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, which resulted in allowing the appeal, setting aside the impugned judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court, and also accepting the finding recorded by the Trial Court on Additional Issue No.2. 2. The grounds now urged by the learned counsel for the petitioner to review the petition amounts to rewriting of the judgment, which is not permissible in law. When both the parties are heard and the appeal came to be disposed of on merits by assigning reasons, I do not find any reason to review the same. 3. Hence, Review Petition is dismissed. Consequently, I.A.1/2024 also stands dismissed. Sd/- (M.G.UMA) JUDGE gab CT:ANB/List No.: 1 Sl No.: 11
