2. This petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff seeking direction for speedy disposal, directing the Principal Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1573/2005 expeditiously.

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40974 WP No. 19978 of 2025
4. It is the contention of the learned counsel for petitioner that the suit was filed in the year 2005 for bare injunction. Thereafter, the same was converted into the relief of declaration, injunction and also possession. The pleadings in the suit proceedings are completed, evidence is concluded and the matter is set down for arguments. At this stage, the respondents-defendants have been filing frivolous application to protract and prolong the proceedings.
5. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court seeking direction to the trial Court to dispose of the matter in a time-bound manner, as it has already been 20 years since the suit is filed and the petitioner is unable to see the outcome of the suit. The respondents- defendants have been dragging on and prolonging the matter, which is causing untold misery and hardship to the petitioner.
