And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dharmala Yadav,Sukesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that petitioner's children are small and he may be transferred to a nearby district. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been transferred at a very distant place of 388 kms from Kanpur Nagar as he has stood transferred from Kanpur Nagar to Sonbhadra under the order impugned. He is agreed to be posted at a nearby station and submits that in this regard he is ready to make a fresh representation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that petitioner is working on a transferable post and can be transferred in administrative exigency. 4. In view of the above I refused to grant indulgence in the matter, however, it is provided that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation for consideration of his posting at a nearby district in terms of the transfer policy dated 6.5.2025 taking a plea that his children are small within a period of two weeks from today before the concerned respondent and in the event such a representation is filed, the representation shall be considered and disposed of by concerned respondent by means of a reasoned and speaking order, within a further period of four weeks. 5.
