From the perusal of the aforesaid, it transpires that the application for grant of firearm license submitted by the petitioner has already been rejected respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar on 28.11.2017. 3. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as having become infructuous. 4.
