The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; i. Direct the respondents to consider the Representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024, produced at Annexure-E given to R2 and representation dated 21.10.2024 produced at Annexure-F given to the R3 to allot 0.5 acres of land to the petitioner by issuing a writ of mandamus. ii. Issue such other writ, order or direction this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. Sri C. Channe Gowda, learned counsel, who has entered an appearance for Respondent No.3 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39973 WP No. 10608 of 2025 undertakes to appear for Respondents No.1, 2 and 4 also. 3. The Petitioner having made an application for allotment of 2.00 acres of land and 1.5 acres of land has been allotted. Hence, the Petitioner made a representation on 07.10.2024 for allotment of balance of 0.5 acre of land. The same not having been considered and no order having been passed. Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 4. A representation having been made on 07.10.2024. It was required for the respondents to pass necessary orders on the same, either accepting or rejecting the representation within a reasonable period of time. Neither having been done. A mandamus was issued directing Respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024 and 21.10.2024 at Annexures-A & F respectively and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. iii.
