He states that by way of present petition petitioner had prayed for his fixation of pay after grant of benefit of work charge status. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that petitioner has been already given work charge status vide order dated 03.11.2023 on the analogy of Surajmani case w.e.f. 01.01.2004 to 10.07.2006 and now vide order dated 26.08.2025, pay of the petitioner has been also fixed. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and accordingly same is disposed of, as having rendered infructuous.
