This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 6 to 11 to remove the encroachment over Nala situated at Markeenganj Mohalla Jhandatar, Ghazipur City, District Ghazipur. 2. Along with the petition, the petitioner has annexed the notices dated 01.07.2025 issued by Nagar Palika Parishad to respondent nos. 6 to 11 for removal of the said encroachment. 3. Counsel appearing for Nagar Palika Parishad submits that the Parishad is pursuing the said notices and the respondent nos. 6 to 11 have assured that the same would be removed by them in a short span of time and in case the same is not removed within the time assured, the Nagar Palika Parishad would take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4. In view of above fact situation, wherein notices have already been issued and the Nagar Palika Parishad is already pursuing the matter, no case for issuing further direction by this Court in the present Public Interest Litigation is made out. The petition stands disposed of. 5. It is expected of the Nagar Palika Parishad to pursue the notices and take the same to its logical conclusion.
