Petitioner has approached this Court that his transfer order from Kanpur Dehat to Shikohabad be re-considered on ground that he has attained disability and for that learned counsel for petitioner has referred the disability certificate dated 10.07.2025, which is subsequent to impugned transfer order dated 18.06.2025. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instruction, submits that petitioner will join at transferred place within three days. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in case petitioner joins, his representation will be considered on basis of disability certificate. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case petitioner honours his undertaking, his representation will be considered in accordance with law taking a sympathetic view.
