On that day an amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs is paid to the respondent before this court. Remaining Rs.2.5 Lakhs they would be paying the same when the MC.No.139/2025 is settled before the family. Hence this matter was adjourned. Today a memo is filed before this court stating that on 23.08.2025 remaining Rs.2.5 lakhs is paid. Learned counsel for the respondent/wife submits that the amount is received. In that view of the matter, in the light of the Joint Memo dated 14.08.2025 as the disputes between the parties are amicably settled, the RPFC is disposed off.
