This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue order or direction, directing to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Havali, Aligarh for deciding the Execution Case No.03 of 2024 (Prem Shankar Vs. Netrapal and others) filed under Order-21, Rule-11 C.P.C., as early as possible within a month." 2. From the perusal of record it is apparent that the aforesaid execution case is pending since 2024 and several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Havali, Aligarh to consider and decide the aforesaid execution case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
