The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to submit a progress report pursuant to the First Information Report dated 12.05.2024 registered as Case Crime No.229 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 304(B) I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, within specific period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, so that justice may be done." 3. It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that charge-sheet has already been filed by the concerned police in the aforesaid case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the Court refrains from interfering under Article 226 of the Constitution and the petition is dismissed.
