Mr. Brijesh Kumar Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's husband died on 29th October, 2024. She requires 'Nikantam Sambandhi Praman Patra', a certificate as can be issued by respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). His client applied on application dated 22nd May, 2025. She seeks direction upon said respondent. 2. Mr. Ashim Mukherjee, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. On query Mr. Yadav submits, private respondent no.6 (the Lekhpal) gave incorrect report. Private respondent no.7 is his client's father-in-law, who is acting against her interest. 4. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's application dated 22nd May, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of her application to said respondent. Within four weeks of communication, either the certificate be issued or reasons for not doing so, informed to petitioner. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
