Learned counsel for petitioner has not disputed about financial constraints, however, he prays that respondents be directed to expedite the settlement of retiral dues of petitioner. 4. Taking note of above referred assurance of learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that respondents will pay retiral dues as soon as possible.
