The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 20.7.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.258 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(Da) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Thathia, District- Kannauj. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 has filed a short counter affidavit wherein it is stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and the respondent no.4 has no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed. 4. Accordingly, the impugned FIR is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed. 6. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 7.
