The only grievance projected by the petitioner in the instant petition is that he has already sought extension of the building permission granted to him vide Order dated 16th February, 2022, by way of filing representation before the Competent Authority on 7th July, 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to process and decide the case of the petitioner with regard to extension of building permission within some reasonable time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Bikramdeep Singh, learned Dy.AG, submits that he is not averse to the disposal of the instant writ petition provided the same is directed to be disposed of under rules and in accordance with law. 4. With the consent of learned counsel of the parties and keeping in view an innocuous relief prayed by the petitioner, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal at its threshold stage by directing the respondents to process and decide the case of the petitioner with regard to extension of building permission strictly in accordance with rules and as per law and also subject to the fulfillment of all the formalities including payment of requisite fee within a period of two months from the date a copy of this Order is served upon the respondents. 5.
