Petitioner and the respondent No. 3 are present in person too. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the contesting respondent No. 3-Om Prakash Sharma have settled the dispute amicably and have also filed an application bearing CM No. 843/2026, for placing on record the compromise deed, which is annexed with the application. 3. It is submitted by the petitioner and the respondent No. 3 in the open Court that they have mutually settled the dispute and have executed a compromise the terms and conditions whereof, are admitted by them. 4. Registry shall record the statements of the petitioner and the respondent No.3 upon their identification in attestation of their mutual settlement. Also perused the compromise agreement forming Annexure to the said application. 6. In the light of the mutual settlement between the petitioner and the respondent No. 3 the instant petition is disposed of as compromised. The compromise agreement forming annexure to the CM No. 843/2026 shall form an integral part of this order. 7. However, it is needless to mention that this order shall be without prejudice to the rights and interests of the proforma-Respondent Nos. 4 to 7. 8. Disposed of. (Mohd.
