The case of the petitioner is that she is owner of House No.1116 situated at Vivekanand Nagar, Ghaziabad. Respondent No. 4 her daughter-in-law has taken possession of the said house and is also realizing the entire rent and not paying any sum to the petitioner. The petitioner has filed an application before SDM, Tehsil Sadar, District Ghaziabad praying for delivery of possession of the house to her and also to take appropriate action so that rent of the house is paid to the petitioner. 2. Having regard to the nature of dispute, we are of the considered opinion that the SDM before whom representation has been made shall have no jurisdiction to act on the administrative side.
