The impugned judgment/ order passed in SCC Suit is revisable under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 as such impugned judgment/ order can be challenged before this Court by way of revision as jurisdiction has been exercised by Additional District Judge. 4. The instant petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to petitioners to file revision under Section 25 of Provincial Small Cause Courts Act 1887. 5.
