HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 13275 of 2024 Court No. - 46 HON'BLE RAJIV GUPTA, J. HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. At the very outset, counsel for the respondent no.4 has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners. Against the impugned charge-sheet and the summoning order, the accused-petitioners have already preferred an application NA528/31660 of 2025, which is pending before this Court and as such, the present petition appears to have become infructuous. 2. Counsel for the petitioners is not present to dispute the said fact. 3. From the record, it is apparent that the aforesaid application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been preferred by the petitioners and as such, the present petition has become infructous. 4. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
