The crime is now investigated by the Sub Inspector of Police, Elamakkara Police Station. The petitioner has approached this Court dissatisfied with the investigation now being carried on. The prayer in this writ petition is to give a direction to the 3rd respondent to constitute a team of investigators to conduct the investigation. 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Division, Ernakulam to supervise the investigation conducted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Elamakkara Police Station in Crime No.48/2024.
