This contempt petition is filed by the complainants complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 06.06.2024 passed in W.P No.101595/2024, whereunder, this Court has
directed the respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the recommendation made by the Public Accounts Committee dated 10.11.2020 and 03.10.2023 and to communicate the decision taken thereon.
2. Learned AGA has filed an affidavit dated 02.04.2025 of the Principal Secretary, Department of Medical Education, Bengaluru, enclosing government order bearing No.DPÀÄPÀ 77 JAJA¹ 2016 ¨ÉAUÀ¼ÀÆgÀÄ, ¢£ÁAPÀ:28.03.2025, whereunder, the complainants have been granted AICTE pay scale with a direction to re-fix their pay in the revised pay scale.
3. On going through the affidavit filed by the accused No.1 as well as the government order enclosed with the affidavit, we are satisfied that there is substantial compliance of the order of this Court, wherein, this Court has directed to

consider the recommendations of the Public Accounts Committee. Since we are of the view that there is substantial compliance, further proceedings in the present contempt are dropped, reserving liberty to the complainants to initiate appropriate proceedings, if they are not satisfied with the government order dated 28.03.2025.
4. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as not surviving for consideration.
