To issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the court of Additional Commissioner (Administration), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide Restoration Application No. RST/2075/2025 bearing computer case no.C202514000002075 Madhuri Devi versus Deo Nath in Revision No. 113 of 2018 Madhuri Devi versus Deo Nath pending before him within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 333 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.1- Additional Commissioner (Administration), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the Restoration Application No. RST/2075/2025, bearing Computer Case No.C202514000002075, pending in Revision No. 113 of 2018, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
