He demitted office as Branch Manager on 31.10.2016 after attaining the age of superannuation, serving in the M.M.G. Scale – II category. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the difference of Rs. 8,307/- in the payment of Fixed Personal Payment (FPP) from the date of his retirement. Out of this amount, the bank has already paid Rs. 5,104/-
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to an additional Rs. 3,000/-, along with interest. 3. I find no substance in this writ petition, which has been filed with substantial delay, and that too for an amount of Rs. 8,000/-, out of which Rs. 5,000/- has already
