The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorari quash the impugned letter no.3366 passed by the respondent no.2. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that by the aforesaid order, financial and administrative power of the petitioner has been ceased and two members committee was constituted to submit his report within 15 days. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no report has been submitted. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent to direct the respondent No.2 to conclude the inquiry initiated against the petitioner within stipulated period. 4. In this view of the matter and without interfering with the order/Letter No.3366 passed by the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Pilibhit (Annexure No.5 to the writ petition), the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrat, Pilibhit to conclude the inquiry iniitated against the petitioner most expeditously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
