The instant writ petition has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:- "A. issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 19.04.2024 passed by ICC, respondent No. 5, passed by the respondent no. 3 (annexure no. 15 to this writ petition). B. issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 08.05.2024 passed by ICC, respondent No. 5, passed by the respondent no. 3 (annexure no. 16 to this writ petition). C. issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.06.2024 passed by DOSA, respondent No. 8, passed by the respondent no. 3 (annexure no. 24 to this writ petition). D. issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.07.2024 passed by DOAA, respondent no. 5, passed by the respondent no. 3 (annexure no. 27 to this writ petition)." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 8 on instructions submits that the petitioner has undergone disciplinary probation and therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication. 3. The counsel for the petitioner has also admitted the fact as stated by the counsel for the respondents. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsels for the respective parties, I do not find any good reason to keep the matter pending and therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is hereby directed that the respondent nos. 2 to 8 shall consider the participation of the petitioner in the internship program, if there is no other legal impediment.
