JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER Sri Chandranath Ariga, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has filed a memo which reads as under: The petitioner has sought for a mandamus to the 3rd respondent to consider his application and issue caste certificate. Subsequent to the filing of the above writ petition, the respondent No.3 has issued an endorsement dated 22.07.2025 rejecting his application. Therefore the above Writ Petition has become infructuous. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the endorsement issued by the 3rd Respondent in the interest of justice and equity. In continuation, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner must be reserved with liberty to challenge the Endorsement which is issued after the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37768 WP No. 21896 of 2025 petition is presented before this Court. To ensure that there is complete adjudication, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to call in question the third respondent's Endorsement dated 22.07.2025, but subject to all just exceptions.
