Vide order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 3 namely Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Firozabad, the fair price shop license of the petitioner was suspended. He was further directed to submit his explanation within 15 days. 2. For the reasons known to the petitioner in place of submitting the explanation before the authorities, the petitioner approached this Court by filing of the present writ petition. 3. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to submit his explanation before the Respondent No. 3 pursuant to the order dated 09.07.2025 and the Respondent No. 3 be directed to decide the same, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Shri S.N. Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 5. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, without interfering with the order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the Respondent No.3, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to submit his reply to the aforesaid notice before the Respondent No. 3 within a period of ten days from today. If it is so, the Respondent No. 3 will pass final order in the matter, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.
