The respondent though served has not entered appearance. 3. The respondent / husband filed an HMOP seeking divorce on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani. The petitioner would submit that she is living with her parents along with her 3 year old son at Vaniyambadi, Vellore. The petitioner would state that she has to travel 450 Kms to attend the hearings. The petitioner would submit that it is difficult for her both physically and financially to travel to Bhavani to attend the hearings.
