These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 953 and 953 days, respectively in filing the Writ Appeals against the order dated 16.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)Nos.16723 & 19354 of 2013. 2.In the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
