Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) Issue writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to conduct the survey of the granted property in survey No.87 of Husari Gram, Sirsi Taluk, and recognise the area 1-20-00 that was granted by the Government to the petitioner and fix the boundary by boundary stone in four side of the property expeditiously as early as possible in the interest of justice and equity. b) To grant such other order/relief/s as this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
