This petition has been filed for grant of following reliefs: -
“i). That kindly issue appropriate directions, orders, or writs including writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 19.04.2022 (Annexure P- 7) whereby the claim of petitioner was rejected; and (ii) That kindly issue appropriate directions, orders, or writs including writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit under new Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS)
1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
- 2 - payable upon completion of 9 years of services and his pay may kindly be re-fixed in viewof new ACPS.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that case of the petitioner and reliefs prayed for, have been adjudicated upon in Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is
disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, in light of aforesaid decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner.
