The Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj, vide order dated 15.05.2025, have declined to entertain the revision from the order of the Sub Divisional Officer dated 02.02.2021 passed in Case No. 8799 of 2018 because from the same order, an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner, which is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh. The said appeal bears no. 21/M (Computerized Case No. 202115000000731), Salauddin and another vs. Vidyagani @ Badeiya and another. There is apparently no error in the order passed by the Board because an appeal from the Sub Divisional Officer's order being there before the Additional Commissioner, the Board of Revenue could not have revised the order of the Sub Divisional Officer already impugned in appeal.
