The grievance of the petitioner is that although the name of the petitioner is entered in the RTC to an extent of 1 acre 2 guntas in Survey No.67 of Adde Vishwanathapura Village, Hesaraghatta-2 Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk, on the basis of succession where earlier the name - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34820 WP No. 18074 of 2024 of the petitioner's husband Sri.Venkateshappa was entered, nevertheless, when the petitioner sought for phodi and durast, it was found that the original grant orders were not found. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure-W, a memorandum dated 14.12.2022 issued by the Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk, requesting to build up the records to enable the phodi and durast. However, till date no action has been taken by the concerned. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, with a specific direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, to act upon the request made by the Tahsildar to build up the records to enable the phodi and durast of the land belonging to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34820 WP No. 18074 of 2024 Ordered accordingly.
