This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.3 in withdrawing the recognition granted to the petitioner-Institution, disabling the petitioner-Institution to take part in the online counseling for admission into Bachelor of Education Courses for the academic year 2023-2024 and the
2 delay in disposal of the appeal under Section 18 of the NCTE Act, 1993, affecting the petitioner-Institute eligibility to participate in the first phase of web counseling conducted by 2nd respondent for admission into regular B.Ed and B.Ed.Spl.(H.I,V.I and I.D) courses, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri K. Ujwal Bharath, appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and that no further orders are necessary in this matter.
3. The submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
