Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1; Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4 and Smt. B.V. Aparna Lakhsmi, learned standing counsel for respondent No.5. 2. Impugning the proceedings issued by respondent No.4 vide Rc.No.1062/HR/VEERANAYUNIPALLY/2024 dated 07.01.2025, terminating the petitioner as Field Assistant, the above writ petition is filed. SRS,J W.P.No.4444 of 2025 3. In fact, against the impugned termination orders (Ex.P3), the petitioner filed a statutory appeal before respondent No.3, on 20.01.2025 (Ex.P5). The same is endorsed by the learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4. 4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has contended regarding the alleged violations in passing Ex.P3, this Court is not going into those aspects, since an appeal (Ex.P5), is filed by the petitioner, as per Field Assistant Human Resource Policy, 2013 (for short ‘FAHRP’) before respondent No.3. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since an appeal is filed before respondent No.3, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the appellate authority/respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal as per FAHRP, if necessary by providing an opportunity to the petitioner, within four weeks from receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
