This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "to direct the respondents to not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner's Gata No.68/0.1260 hectare situated in the village Baharpur, Paragana Kewai, Tahsil Handia, District Prayagraj on the pretext of order dated 19.10.2024 in Case No.4550/2024 Hansraj and others vs. Gaon Sabha under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and maintain Status quo till the decision in Case No. Nil/2025 Bhola Nath vs. Gram Sabha filed u/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Case No. Nil/2025 Bhola Nath vs. Gram Sabha filed u/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before revenue authority. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon revenue authority concerned to decide Case No. Nil/2025 Bhola Nath vs. Gram Sabha filed u/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
