This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 446 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 30.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No. 17701 of 2021. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition explaining the reasons, it had been stated that the service records and other records relating to pay fixation of the first respondent had been collected by the 3rd respondent in the month of August and thereafter, the second respondent had collected pay fixation orders and pay commission recommendations from the other departments. There was a delay in obtaining all these records. In view of the same, the delay had occurred. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the respondent also. 4.The learned Counsel for the State submits that the respondent/writ petitioner had retired on attaining the age of superannuation and the direction of the learned Single Judge had also been complied with. 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
5. Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. Registry to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal for admission on 22.07.2026. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the respondents, be printed in the cause list. 6.The learned Counsel for the State shall produce the details of the compliances of the directions of the learned Single Judge at the time of admission.
