Considering the aforesaid facts, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Magistrate and raise his grievance. The learned Magistrate is directed to consider the grievance raised by the applicant on its own merits, preferably within two weeks, in accordance with the provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and to dispose of the trial expeditiously.
