By order dated 23.04.2025, learned Single Judge directed Deputy Labour Commissioner to take decision in the dispute raised by petitioners, however, there was no restraint put on transfer of the petitioners. 4. In the absence of any restraint put by learned Single Judge against transfer of the petitioners, this Court do not find any reason to issue contempt notice to opposite party. 5. Contempt petition is dismissed.
