Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of best efforts no instructions have been received from the client. 3. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies in accordance with law in case cause of action still survives and to approach the Bank for waiver if the scheme is still operating.
