The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S. Case No. 163/2024, registered for the offences under sections 385, 387, 506/34 of the I.P.C, pending in the court of Miss. Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh. 3. On 12.06.2024 at about 12:30 Noon, four masked persons came on two motorcycles to worksite of the informant and demanded rangdari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons Sagar Kumar @ Katappa and Suraj Singh have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss.
