It emerges from the record that reference being Reference IT No.2/2023 was filed challenging the punishment imposed by the learned Authority for stoppage of two increments with future effect was subsequently modified by First Appellant Authority and reduced to stoppage of one increment and again in the second appeal filed by the petitioner, it was reduced to six months without future effect. It appears that stoppage of increment of six months modified by the Second Appellate Authority was never challenged before the learned Reference Court. C/SCA/11617/2025 ORDER DATED: 26/09/2025 2. In that background, this petition is required to be disposed of with liberty to file appropriate proceedings challenging the order passed by learned Second Appellate Authority imposing punishment of stoppage of increment for the period of six months without future effect. 3.
