The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District to consider the representations dated 03.01.2008, 10.08.2010 and 31.07.2025 at Annexures-A, A-1 and A-2 given by the petitioner and pass necessary orders to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, Official Memorandum dated 26.07.2003 was issued granting 2 acres of land in portion of Sy.No.63, situated at Bathiganahalli Village, Sulibele Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, and pursuant thereto, the grant - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33808 WP No. 26106 of 2025 certificate was issued to the petitioner on 13.04.2007. However, the name of the petitioner has not been entered in the land records. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.-2Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, to very the records and find out whether Official Memorandum dated 26.07.2003 was issued granting 2 acres of land in portion of Sy.No.63, situated at Bathiganahalli Village, Sulibele Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural Distrcit, and pursuant thereto, the grant certificate was issued to the petitioner on 13.04.2007. If it is found from that the facts stated hereinabove are true, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, after collecting necessary fee. 5. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period o two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
