Heard Sri Subodh Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Prateek Rai, learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 and Sri V.S.Gupta for respondent no.5. 2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5 submits that payment has been made to the employer and now it is his duty to disburse the same. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4 submits that out of admitted claim of about Rs.18 lakhs, Rs.5 lakhs has been paid and rest of the amount will be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months since there are some financial constraints. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid submission and prays that less time be granted to the respondents for payment. 5. I have considered the above submissions. 6. On basis of above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondents will try to clear the outstanding dues of the petitioner preferably within a period of two months from today.
