KINAGI) This contempt petition is arising out of the order passed in W.P.No.100587/2024, wherein the learned Single Judge directed the respondents to consider the representations dated 16.07.2016 and 01.09.2021, as per Annexures-D and E within a period of three months, failing which, the petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps in that regard. 2. After disposal of the writ petition, petitioner has submitted Form No.7 and the respondents-authorities did not passed any order on Form No.7. Hence, the complainant has filed this contempt petition. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:499-DB CCC No. 100376 of 2024 3. Learned AGA filed memo stating that, immediately after receipt of the order from this court, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have considered the representations of the complainant dated 16.07.2016, 01.09.2021 and gave detailed endorsement dated 01.01.2025 and 02.01.2025. Copies of the endorsements are produced along with the memo, marked as document Nos.1 and 2. 4. It is stated that there is some delay in considering the direction of this Court within the stipulated time. The accused prays to pardon the said delay, as there was no intention to disobey the order of this court and the delay caused is not intentional or willful. The delay is for bonafide administrative reasons. The accused sincerely tender their unconditional apology for the delay and the unconditional apology. 5. The respondents have complied with the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition and also sought unconditional apology. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition. 7. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dropped. The notice is discharged. 8.
