JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER Heard Sri.P.P.Hegde, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri.R.A.Devanand, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and have perused the material on record. 2. The petitioner-plaintiffs in O.S.No.3116/2019 are before this Court calling in question an order passed by the concerned Court on 25.11.2024 rejecting I.A.No.4. The application so filed was to try all the suits together. All the suits would be the subject suit and the suit filed by the defendants in O.S.Nos.3236/2019 and 3228/2019. The suits filed by the defendants is seeking cancellation of two sale deeds executed in favour of plaintiffs. The suit filed by the present plaintiffs is for injunction. The suits between the same parties is to be taken up together to avoid conflicting of orders or multiplicity of proceedings. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29293 WP No. 31800 of 2024 3. In the light of the parties being the same and the subject matter being the same, though the prayer is different, the concerned Court shall now endeavor to take all the three suits aforestated together at whatever dates the Court would fix and take these suits to its logical conclusion within an outer limit of six months, if not earlier. 4. In the light of the aforesaid observations and with the aforesaid directions, as a matter of form, the order dated 25.11.2024 stands quashed. Writ Petition stands disposed.
