The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 09.04.2025 passed by respondent no.2. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that without providing any notice or opportunity before passing the impugned order. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, learned Standing counsel has placed before this Court the instructions dated 12.08.2025. The same is taken on record. 4. It appears from the perusal of the instructions that show cause notice was issued before passing the impugned order. 5. Apart from the above, preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing counsel that in case the petitioner is aggrieved from the aforesaid order, a statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under Category D as contained under clause 29 (i) MGNREGA Act, 2005. 6. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petitioner as not pressed with liberty to file an appeal before the authority concerned. 7.
