Siddharath Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioner is the landlord and the respondent, the tenant. The petitioner has preferred the suit for ejectment in S.C.No.686/2019, which is said to be pending before the concerned Court without the matter progressing further. 4. A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that umpteen number of adjournments granted to the respondent or sometimes the petitioner even taking certain adjournments. 5. In the light of the issue being between the landlord and tenant and of the year 2019, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned to dispose the petition within four (4) months from date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier and if not already disposed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25446 WP No. 18599 of 2025 With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
